Service Approach

Timsan adopts the modern management concept basing on quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

This concept aims to realize quality not only in the product but also within all corporate dimensions including sales and service processes.

In order to ensure this aim, each of our employees has to involve in their jobs, take responsibility, use initiative and have all necessary knowledge and skills in their field.

A value which is also as important as quality and service is to offer these in affordable costs and prices. This is a responsibility that we feel for our customers rather than ourselves.

A product or service, that is not produced on time and when necessary, does not make any sense. Manufacturing the demanded product in a condition providing all characteristics and within the deadline promised is a natural consequence of the respect we feel both for our customers and ourselves.

Clarity, transparency and honesty are our basic character which is the reason underlying the trust that our customers have in us. We are aware of the fact that we have to maintain this in all our businesses and services.
